The 2020 Group traces back to 2010, when our Founder MukeshKanna Nagarajan — then in his second year of college — set out to build something of his own. He named his venture "2020," drawn from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's vision that India would rise as a superpower by that year. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he gave himself a 10-year target — 2010 to 2020 — to turn that ambition into a real business empire. 2020Homes carries that same founding spirit into real estate.
